Delve Deeper in to Human Psychology
The therapeutic modalities covered in the curricula at Aum Karma have a deep psychological connect with both, the clients and the practitioners’. In case, the practitioners’ are unable to reach the ‘Psychological Connect’, the therapy of providing a solution or being a mentor cum guide to the client will never happen.
As Albert Einstein said, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant’. The society today honours the servant and has forgotten the gift.” Thus, it is important for the learners at Aum Karma to ensure that this ‘Intuitive Intelligence’ is developed through the physiological source, ‘The Pineal Gland’. It is this combination of the developed, empowered ‘Brain and Intuition’ which can become the basis of a great ‘Psychological Connect’ for the learner and the practitioner with the client.
A Greek Doctor and Philosopher, Galen, has also described the ‘Physiological Source’ of intuition as ‘The Pineal Gland’ to be filled with “Psychic Pneuma”, or rather a fine, volatile, vaporous substance which is also considered to be the ‘Third Eye’, centre for all ‘Intuition and Clairvoyance’.
Doctor Rick Strassman, M.D., has spoken of the pineal gland as a producer of a powerful neurotransmitter called DMT (Di-Methyl Tryptamine). This creates natural psychedelic states of consciousness allowing one to experience altered states of dimensional reality. The gland is connected directly to the visual cortex in the brain.
We, at Aum Karma, are keen on developing this innate power of the human which is a combination of using both, the brain and the intuitive ability’ of its learners and futuristic practitioners’.

- Inner reflections to draw Psychological Analysis, Close Observations, Gazing, Tapping the energy vortex connected to the cortex of the brain to stimulate the Pineal.
- Role plays to understand ‘Self’ within the ambit of specific life situations. This brings the practitioner closer to the real life situations of the client.
Instant Facial Expressions (Micro- Expressions), a Key to Effectively Understand the Emotional Responses and their Measurements
Involuntary facial expressions happen on human faces within split seconds of hearing, listening, seeing or understanding of words/images/situations. These are the ‘True Instant Emotional Responses’ of individuals which will be included and taught in our interactive sessions. The participants at Aum Karma while learning varied modalities, including Tarot, will learn this aspect of ‘Micro Expressions’ for making ‘Counselling, Mentoring, Coaching, and Facilitating’ a lot easier and more effective.
The endeavour would also be made to measure these ‘Emotional Responses’ through different methodologies available, like Directive Communication (DC) Psychology Tools- (Coloured Brain Processor and Human Emotional Drivers), MBTI, and other such tools across the globe. This would make the consultation sessions quantifiable and thus more result oriented towards solving the inner conflict of the clients and finding the right solutions towards the ‘Self-Empowerment’ of the clients.

Science behind Micro Expressions :-
The ‘Micro Expressions’ are the ‘Actions’ through our expressions. These expressions or the actions are the result of our ‘Thought Processes’ which have in their back drop two important facets. These are the ‘Intent’ and ‘Emotions’. These micro-expressions are triggered by seeing images, hearing, smelling, the feel of touch, and even taste.
William Shakespeare once said, ‘Thoughts Maketh the Man!”
The thoughts are generated in the human ‘Mind’ and the analysis and reaction done through the human ‘Brain’. The left part of the human face gets its expressions through the functioning of the right side of the brain and vice versa for the right side of the face.
The Facilitators, Mentors, Coaches, Psychologists, and Trainers despite the methodologies cum tools used, must understand these ‘Micro Expressions’ to reach the very intent and emotions behind the thoughts of their participants and clients.
Once, the intents and emotions of the client cum participants are absorbed and analysed effectively by the coaches, the issues brought out by the clients and the participants as per their one-on-one consultations and workshop content, respectively; can be better approached, resolved and thus empowering them proficiently for the future would be possible and will fetch us effective results.
Examples while using Micro Expressions in Tarot
Example 1
The client approaches the ‘Trained Consultant’ from Aum Karma. The issue is with respect to the ‘Health Issue’ of the client. He was seeking guidance and actions to be taken from the Tarot Professional!!
The Tarot Professional breaks the ground with probing questions about then medical history and the actions being taken by the client. Seemingly, the client is trying to keep back something from the Professional. The Tarot Professional decides to take a five card layout. The layout depicted the past and the present status of the health condition.
Observations of the ‘Client’ on Guided Probing and Guidance of the Tarot Professional
(a) On seeking what the reader could understand by the image on the 1st card, which depicted the ‘PAST’ situation, the Professional Reader (Trained at Aum Karma) found the
“Pupil of the eyes of the client grow wide and also he sat up front and had a fearful expression on the face which happened for a fleeting moment”
This very clearly gave the first indication to the Professional that the client was not happy to see the bounded image of the person and that the image had its eyes blind folded along with red smeared ground with sword fences all around.
On further probe, it came to light that the client in the ‘Past’ had felt ‘bound’ due to circumstances and had not taken proper actions to take care of his health. He found himself to have a feel of ‘pity’. He also had found as if he had built a fence of ‘his ego and his aggression’ around himself which no one could penetrate and which led to hardly any suggestions coming from his family members.
(b) On seeking details from the card number 2nd card,
“The client could not take his eyes off the three images- The Sun and the Moon together; the Dog and the Wolf waling together; and the Crab coming out of the waters.” In fact, he even indicated with his fingers the three images and was sort of glued to them with a stony expression.”
The Professional reader immediately went for a deep probing and questions the ‘Confusion and Lack of Decision making’ from the client in seeking the right path of addressing the issue. Also, in one of the very recent tests, it was detected that he had ‘Severe Heart Pain which originated in the left arm which he did not pay heed to, saying that since he was a very fit person, nothing was wrong with him.
(c) Thus, with the help of ‘Micro Expressions’ after the client saw the images on the Cards, it was so clear that the client himself was an obstacle in identifying with the ‘Health Issue’ with him and he was in a state of confusion and did not allow much support to reach him from his family members due to his own attitude.
(d) The client in fact resonated so much from the consultation that within the next three months, he took suggestions from some of his friends and family members who had undergone similar situations in their lives.
(e) In the next six months, the client personally thanked Aum Karma for the sound psychological therapy provided to him which broke his barriers of thinking and taking requisite action to address his health issue.
(f) These micro expressions which are indicators of emotional responses can be measured through different tools available. At Aum karma, these are measured through the Directive Communication Tools- Coloured Brain Communication Inventory (CBC I) and Emotional driver Inventory (ED I)
Example 2
The client approaches the ‘Trained Consultant’ from Aum Karma. The issue is with respect to the ‘Career Issue’ of the client. He had been working for the last 1 year but was not happy with his work. He was seeking guidance and actions to be taken from the Tarot Professional!!
FUTURE
The 2 Card Lay out
(a) Now, this was a 2 card layout depicting the status of the Career of the client and the energies being pumped in by him in to his career.
As soon as the layout was opened in front of the consultee, the following ‘Emotional Responses’ (Micro Expressions) were seen by the Professional Reader:
“The Consultee’s jaws tightened on seeing 1st Card, especially where the eyes were stonily and fearfully stuck at the hands of the human form trying to open the strong jaws of the lion!
Also, the eyes were frequently moving to the tail of the lion which was well between the two hind legs”
(b) On probing, it came to light that in the last one year, the Consultee was struggling against all odds at work place and he was literally trying to tame the situation. He was finding it difficult to carry on with the assignments and was struggling, both with self and the superiors.
(c) When the 2nd Card was opened which depicted the future, the Consultee sort of relaxed in the facial tautness that was seen with the micro expressions as seen when the Consultee saw the 1st card.
(d) During the detailed consultation, it was communicated to the Consultee that he needs to be calmer at the work place to manage the things better. Also, he was guided that the things would be looking up for him in the time to come in the next one year or so.
(e) Once again, the knowledge of ‘Micro Expressions’ as seen by the Professional Reader from Aum Karma, and the guidance so provided to the Consultee bore proficient resonation to the issue of the Consultee. The results due the changes thus adopted by the Consultee provided much relief to him at work place and his efficiency at work place increased much in the coming next year.

In Conclusion
It was thus experienced that the understanding of the “micro Expressions’ off the clients, and application of their understanding during the Professional Reading cum Guidance bore better results of the mentoring and facilitation provided.
Also, similar practices were conducted even during regular workshops on Leadership, Communications, Team Building and Bonding, Self- Empowerment and such soft skill development programmes. The resonation by the participants was of high quality and the transformations thus achieved in them were more permanent in nature.
