COVID 19 LOCKDOWN – Days of SPIRITUAL GYM

What happens when a larva is in an incubator called cocoon for many days..it grows…metamorphosing  into a beautiful butterfly.
So to believe each of us are going to be ‘Renewed’ at the end of this Incubation period of many days of Lockdown.
It’s time for Internal Transformation to usher in each one of us and for this only Spirituality can rescue us.
There is enough time now through the day for this…’SPIRITUAL GYM’ as I call it. This Spiritual gym will  very profoundly enable us to get calmer, superbly positive, in acceptance to all that is, to consolidate our mind and emotions, to learn to channelize the energies thereafter & to evolve into a beautiful being.
After all Self love,  Self healing & Realizations are of utmost importance to sail through life.
Spiritual gym can be really simple as well as greatly intensive, depending on the capacity of each individual.
Foremost in this is Meditation and any Deep breathing exercise. Then comes the physical yoga, if it’s fine to manage. Mantra Chanting, sitting in Gyan Mudra, observing silence and remaining in solitude for at least an hour every day really helps.
Pray for, bless and forgive all, offer Gratitude to the universe and its beings. One could also listen to or read noble discourses which will add to our knowledge bank.
Playing mantra sound energizes the space and purification of the house can be done through smudging with sage, camphor, resins or Hawan.
This is the time for a Spiritual stocktaking as well.
Forgive those who have hurt you, let go of the control that troubles you, revive your lost passion and inner child play.
Prepare Spiritual food and water by chanting while cooking and drinking water.
The key is..
No Grudges…All in Acceptance..
Keep saying to yourself 24 x 7..
All is well
THIS TOO SHALL PASS
